Terms of Service
Last updated: July 30, 2026
Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Frogman Detailing LLC (“Frogman Detailing,” “we,” “us”). By booking a detail through our website, by phone, or in person, you agree to them. “Vehicle” in these terms includes cars, trucks, SUVs, vans, and motorcycles. If you have questions, reach us at hello@frogmandetailing.com or (405) 444-8111.
Booking & confirmation
Submitting a booking through our website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We'll review your request and confirm the date and time window by email (and text, if you've opted in). Quoted prices are starting prices based on the package, vehicle size, and condition you describe; the final price may change if the vehicle's condition differs materially or if you approve additional services. Either way, we confirm the final price with you before work begins.
Payment
We collect a card at booking to hold your appointment, but you are not charged until the work is done. By saving a card you authorize Frogman Detailing LLCto charge it for the agreed services, including any add-ons you approve on site, after the detail is completed. Card details are stored securely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never store your full card number. Receipts are sent by email. If a charge fails, we'll contact you to arrange payment; the balance for completed work remains due.
Discounts & rewards
Military members, veterans, first responders, and teachers get 10% off any package. We may ask for reasonable proof of eligibility, and one discount applies per service. Our rewards program earns you 1 point per dollar paid; 100 points can be redeemed for $10 off a future detail. A successful referral is 500 points ($50 off), awarded after the referred customer's first detail is completed and paid. Points and referral credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and can't be combined with fleet or negotiated pricing. We may adjust or end the rewards program at any time; we'll honor points already earned or give reasonable notice before they expire.
Fleet & business accounts
Business and fleet work is performed under an agreed rate card and schedule, and billed by invoice rather than card-on-file unless we agree otherwise. Payment is due by the date on the invoice, by check, ACH, or wire. We may pause scheduled service on accounts with overdue balances, and returned or failed payments may incur the fees our bank charges us. Rate cards can be revisited by either side with notice; changes never apply retroactively.
Cancellations, rescheduling & no-shows
Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just contact us as soon as you can, ideally at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a late-cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service price, charged to the card on file. If we arrive at the scheduled time and cannot access the vehicle or reach you, we may treat the appointment as a no-show and charge the same fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. Rescheduling in good faith is always free; this fee exists for reserved time slots that go unused, not for customers working around real life.
What we need from you
- Safe, legal access to the vehicle at the service address, with enough room to work around it.
- Removal of personal valuables before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle, though our team will set aside anything found while cleaning.
- A heads-up about known issues like loose trim, aftermarket electronics, damaged upholstery, or anything fragile.
Our workmanship
We document our work with before-and-after photos and complete a quality checklist on every job. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours of your appointment and we'll make it right. Detailing improves a vehicle's condition but cannot reverse permanent damage such as scratched glass, worn or torn upholstery, set-in stains, or failed clear coat, and we can't guarantee removal of every stain or odor.
Liability
We treat every vehicle like our own and carry insurance for our work. We are responsible for damage directly caused by our negligence, reported within 48 hours of service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our work, or damage resulting from the vehicle's pre-existing condition (for example, aged paint, brittle trim, or previously repaired surfaces). To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue.
Weather & scheduling changes
Because we work outdoors, severe weather may require us to reschedule. We'll contact you as early as possible to find a new time, and you won't be charged for weather-related rescheduling on our end.
