Auto DetailingTechnician
Full-time W-2 on the founding crew. You earn 20% commission on every job you complete, with a guaranteed hourly minimum. Pay lands at $18–$30 / hour effective earnings — the ceiling is your speed and quality, not a wage schedule.

The job
Frogman Detailing is a veteran-owned mobile shop serving the OKC metro's nicest neighborhoods. You'll run routes in brand-new, fully equipped vans — 2026 Sprinter, professional Kranzle and RUPES gear. No worn-out equipment. No cutting corners. Premium work for customers who pay for quality.
Schedule
Full-time, typically 35–45 hours a week. The schedule follows bookings. Most days run 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with lighter weeks in deep winter and longer days in peak season. Saturday is our biggest day, so expect to work most of them, with a weekday off in exchange.
What you'll do
- Interior and exterior detailing at customer locations: washes, full details, interiors, and add-ons.
- Load and maintain your van. Keep equipment clean. Restock at the shop.
- Represent the brand in customer driveways: on time, uniformed, professional.
What we need
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years. You'll be a scheduled driver on our commercial auto policy — non-negotiable.
- Detailing or auto-care experience preferred, not required. We'd rather train the right person than untrain the wrong habits.
- Physically demanding work: on your feet outdoors in Oklahoma weather, frequent bending, reaching, and kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, personable with customers, and takes pride in the finished product.
- Must be at least 18. Veterans strongly encouraged to apply.
