Who we are

Frogman Detailing LLC(“Frogman Detailing,” “we,” “us”) is a mobile car detailing company serving the Oklahoma City metro. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or book our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Information we collect

• Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, and the service address where you'd like us to detail your vehicle.
• Vehicle information: the year, make, model, and condition notes for the vehicle being serviced.
• Payment information: your card details are collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number on our own systems; we keep only a secure reference to the card and its last four digits.
• Service photos: our detailers take before-and-after photos of your vehicle for internal quality control. These photos are stored privately, are not published, and are not shared outside our team.
• Booking history: records of your appointments, services performed, and communications with us.

How we use your information

• To schedule, confirm, perform, and follow up on your detail.
• To send transactional emails and, if you opt in, text messages about your appointment (confirmations, reminders, on-the-way notices, and receipts).
• To process payment for services you've received.
• To respond to your questions and quote requests.
• To maintain internal records and improve our service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, we may text you about your appointments. Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers

We share information only with the vendors that make our service work, and only as needed to operate:

• Stripe: payment processing and secure card storage.
• Supabase: secure hosting of our booking database and private photo storage.
• Resend: delivery of transactional emails.
• Vercel: hosting of this website.

Each of these providers is bound by its own security and privacy obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention & security

We keep booking records for as long as needed for business, accounting, and legal purposes. Access to customer data is restricted to our staff and protected by role-based permissions. Service photos are stored in private storage accessible only to our team.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your personal information, or to remove your card on file, at any time by emailing hello@frogmandetailing.com. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated policy. See also our Terms of Service.
